The Barfrost Race offers three distances: 1,500 m, 5,000 m, and 10,000 m. The courses are marked and take place in the center of Tanabru, with the start and finish outside the Tanabru kindergarten, opposite the health center. Participants can also join the fun run class, Run4Fun, which is 4.3 km long. The age limits for the various distances are: 1,500 m (4-85+ years), 5,000 m (10-85+ years), and 10,000 m (12-85+ years).
